GTI Energy Ltd (GTI or Company) is pleased to advise that existing shareholders, on the record date of Monday 15 th August 2024 (Record Date), will be offered the opportunity to participate in a non-renounceable pro-rata rights entitlement offer. A physical copy of each shareholders personalised offer will be posted to their registered address.

There are 3 methods to secure your entitlement:

1. Shareholders on the Record Date that are already registered with Automic Group (GTI’s share registry) and have provided a valid email address to Automic will receive an email with a link to access a personalised application form.

2. All Shareholders on the Record Date will receive a personalised application form in the post – this form was posted on August 15 th , 2024.

3.All Shareholders on the Record Date can access their application at Automic Group by clicking the link below and registering or via “Single Holding Access” or by phoning Automic Group with their holding details on 1300 288 664 within Australia or +61 2 9698 5414 from overseas.
